Collection & Delivery (Shipping) Policy

1. Collection-Only Orders (Website Orders)

All food orders placed through our website are STRICTLY COLLECTION ONLY.

We do not offer home delivery or postal shipping for any food items.

All orders must be collected from our fixed pizza van location at:

📍 2 Hale Road, Farnham, GU9 9QH

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Arrive on time for their selected collection slot

  • Ensure safe transport of food after collection

  • Consume food promptly after collection for best quality and safety

Once your order has been collected, responsibility for the food passes to you.

2. Late Collection & No-Shows

Because all food is prepared fresh to order:

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced food quality

  • No-shows will not be refunded

  • Significant delays without notice may result in the order being treated as abandoned

We reserve the right to refuse a remake where delays are outside of our control.

3. Catering, Event & Festival Service (Our “Delivery”)

For private catering, weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties:

  • We travel to your venue with our pizza van

  • This service is not a shipping service and does not fall under delivery law

  • It is provided under a separate catering agreement

Catering bookings include:

  • Travel to venue (as agreed at booking)

  • Setup and service time

  • Equipment and staffing

  • Menu agreed in advance

All catering travel, setup, and service terms are confirmed before your booking is secured.

4. Failed Access to Event Location

If we are unable to access your venue due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Lack of access permission

  • Vehicle restrictions not disclosed

  • Unsafe or unsuitable surface

This may be treated as a late cancellation, and refunds may not be issued.

5. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Road closures

  • Power or gas supply failure

  • Serious illness

In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled booking date where applicable.
